Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the grated mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and almond flour.
- Microwave the mixture on high for 2 minutes until melted. Alternatively, for sous vide, prepare a water bath and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir the melted ingredients until well combined. Add the egg and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper. Using a rolling pin or a tall glass, roll it out to your desired thickness. If the dough is too sticky, lightly dust with almond flour.
- Use the dough according to your recipe instructions, or bake it in the oven at 425°F for 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness, to enjoy it on its own.
