Description

A delicious and elegant Keto Filet Mignon topped with garlic herb butter, perfect for a special dinner for two.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter and stir in garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  6. Once the steaks are done, drizzle the garlic herb butter over them before serving.
