Description

Delicious and low-carb wraps made with flaxseed and served with a tangy Street Taco Ranch Sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup homemade ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground flaxseed, water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until a dough forms.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into thin round shapes.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
  6. While the wraps are baking, combine ranch dressing and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  7. Once the wraps are done, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Serve with Street Taco Ranch Sauce.
