Deliciously rich and fudgy, these keto flourless fudge cookies are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the carbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
