- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
