- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg (for the crust)

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs (for the filling)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, 1 egg, and salt to prepare the crust. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, 4 eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until frothy.
- Stir in shredded cheese, cooked bacon or ham, and chopped spinach into the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
