Description

This Keto Fried Chicken recipe is a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional fried chicken, crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil for frying


Instructions

  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken pieces for about 10-15 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot.
