Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces for about 10-15 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.
