Ingredients

  • 1 cup green olives
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each olive in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  6. For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
