- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each olive in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated olives until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Serve the fried olives hot with the garlic aioli on the side.
