Ingredients

- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup oil for frying
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each sliced mushroom in the egg, then in the almond flour mixture, coating well.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing.
Notes
- Adjust the spices to taste.
- For extra crunch, you can double dip the mushrooms.
