Description

A delicious keto-friendly latte that brings the flavors of gingerbread to your cup.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free gingerbread syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm.
  2. Add the espresso, gingerbread syrup, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg to the milk. Whisk until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cup and add heavy cream.
  4. Top with whipped cream if desired and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, omit the heavy cream and whipped cream.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less gingerbread syrup.
