- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free gingerbread syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm.
- Add the espresso, gingerbread syrup, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg to the milk. Whisk until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a cup and add heavy cream.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, omit the heavy cream and whipped cream.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less gingerbread syrup.
