- 8 ounces button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, olive oil, minced garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Toss the button mushrooms in the marinade until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated mushrooms.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
