Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup green chili salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on both sides.
