Description

Soft and buttery biscuits made with ham and Swiss cheese, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and eggs, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
