- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and eggs, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
