Delicious and rich keto hot cocoa bombs that are sugar-free and perfect for a cozy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
- 1 cup hot water or milk (for serving)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth.
- Using a silicone mold, spoon the melted chocolate into each cavity, coating the sides and bottom.
- Place the mold in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
- Once set, remove from the mold and fill half of the chocolate shells with cocoa powder, sweetener, and a drizzle of heavy cream.
- Cover with the remaining chocolate shells and seal well.
- To serve, place a hot cocoa bomb in a mug and pour hot water or milk over it, stirring to dissolve.

- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
- Adjust sweetener to taste based on preference.
