Description

Delicious and rich keto hot cocoa bombs that are sugar-free and perfect for a cozy treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup hot water or milk (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Using a silicone mold, spoon the melted chocolate into each cavity, coating the sides and bottom.
  3. Place the mold in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
  4. Once set, remove from the mold and fill half of the chocolate shells with cocoa powder, sweetener, and a drizzle of heavy cream.
  5. Cover with the remaining chocolate shells and seal well.
  6. To serve, place a hot cocoa bomb in a mug and pour hot water or milk over it, stirring to dissolve.
