A delicious and spicy Keto Jalapeño Popper Casserole that is perfect for dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz canned diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh jalapeños, diced)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the diced jalapeños, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapeños instead of canned, or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- Serve with keto-friendly sides like celery sticks or cucumber slices for a refreshing crunch.
