Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeƱos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeƱos, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed pork rinds evenly over the top of the casserole.
