Description

This Keto Korean Fried Cauliflower combines delicious Korean flavors with keto convenience, making it a perfect snack or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • ½ cup crushed pork rinds or almond flour (for coating)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (low-carb version or use hot sauce)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • Minced garlic (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Dip cauliflower florets in egg, then roll in pork rind/almond flour mixture mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Place in air fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook for 10-12 mins, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. While they cook, heat the sauce ingredients in a small pan until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss crispy cauliflower in the warm sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
