Ingredients

- 2 cups radishes, halved
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the halved radishes and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the cooked radishes to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to caramelize.
- Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped sage. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes while sautéing the radishes.
