- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Add the butter, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Use a hand mixer or potato masher to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm as a side dish.

- For a cheesier flavor, add shredded cheese.
