Description

A low-carb alternative to traditional mashed potatoes, Keto Mashed Cauliflower is creamy, buttery, and full of flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the butter, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Use a hand mixer or potato masher to blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.
