- 10 ml hot water
- 10 g erythritol
- 180 ml almond milk lukewarm
- 30 ml heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix matcha powder and water with a whisk.
- Add erythritol and milk and stir well.
- Add cream and serve.

- DO NOT use hot boiling water! It will destroy both the taste and nutritional properties of the matcha.
