Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with a layer of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free white chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave, pausing every 30 seconds to stir until it becomes smooth and melted.
- Once melted, thoroughly incorporate the matcha green tea powder into the chocolate blend.
- If desired, gently mix in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
