  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with a layer of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free white chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Heat the mixture in the microwave, pausing every 30 seconds to stir until it becomes smooth and melted.
  4. Once melted, thoroughly incorporate the matcha green tea powder into the chocolate blend.
  5. If desired, gently mix in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
