Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz cream cheese (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.75 oz sugar-free chocolate pieces (e.g., sugar-free M&M’s or chocolate chips)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
