Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3.5 oz cream cheese (full fat)
- 2 tablespoons erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.75 oz sugar-free chocolate pieces (e.g., sugar-free M&M’s or chocolate chips)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate pieces.
- Spoon the mixture into serving bowls or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, optionally top with a few extra sugar-free chocolate pieces.
Notes
- Add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate-flavored McFlurry.
