Description

Keto Meat Lover Pizza Cups are a delicious and guilt-free way to enjoy pizza flavors without the carbs. Perfect for a quick meal or snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, and pizza sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil. Spoon the meat mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each cup.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing the pizza cups from the muffin tin.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture for a spicy kick.
  • You can also substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
