Ingredients

- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
Notes
- This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less erythritol.
