Description

A delicious low-carb BBQ sauce perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
