- Add the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the almond flour and then mix in the egg until well combined.
- Microwave the mug on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cheesecake is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
