Description

Deliciously creamy and chocolatey, these Keto Mini Chocolate Bounty Bars are a sugar-free treat perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while sticking to your ketogenic lifestyle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir until well combined, then shape into small bars and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the bars for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. While the bars are freezing, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut milk in a double boiler or microwave.
  5. Remove the bars from the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate, coating them thoroughly.
  6. Place the coated bars back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
