Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and eggs. Stir in peppermint extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
