Description

A decadent no-bake dessert featuring a rich chocolate filling on a crust made from almond flour, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup sweetener, to taste
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder and sweetener to the cream cheese mixture and combine thoroughly.
  4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the chocolate filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, top with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips before serving.
