- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for filling)
- 1/2 cup sweetener, to taste
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well combined. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add heavy cream and mix until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and sweetener to the cream cheese mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Spread the chocolate filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, top with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips before serving.
