A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional potato farls made with cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, then drain and mash it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower, egg, cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into flat rounds and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These can be frozen for up to a month.
