This delicious Keto Mousse Cake is the perfect low-carb dessert for chocolate lovers, made with creamy mousse and a rich chocolate base.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
  3. Add the eggs and almond milk, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely before adding the mousse topping.
  6. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold in the vanilla extract and melted chocolate chips.
