A delicious and healthy stir-fry that brings good luck for the New Year.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken slices, cook until no longer pink.
- Add bok choy, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over stir-fry, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
