These Keto New York Cheesecake Cookies are rich, creamy, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping your carb count low.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
