Description

A creamy and delicious nut-free vegan cheese sauce that fits perfectly into a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric


Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until tender.
  2. In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, nutritional yeast, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and turmeric.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve immediately.
