- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until tender.
- In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, nutritional yeast, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and turmeric.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasonings to taste and serve immediately.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- This sauce can be used as a dip, poured over vegetables, or as a base for pasta.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
