Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into tartlet pans to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Pour the custard mixture into the prepared crusts.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the custard is set and the crust is golden.
