- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into tartlet pans to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the custard mixture into the prepared crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the custard is set and the crust is golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
