Description

A delicious and healthy keto-friendly oatmeal alternative made with hemp seeds and chia seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine hemp seeds, chia seeds, water or almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Serve warm, topped with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
