Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine hemp seeds, chia seeds, water or almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until it reaches your desired consistency.
