Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and erythritol.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
- Add the vanilla extract and orange zest to the egg whites.
- Combine the mixtures, then stir in the melted butter.
- Using a spoon, place small amounts of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
