- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
