Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup erythritol

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 ½ cups diced peaches (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
