Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in the almond flour, salt, baking powder, and chopped pecans to form a dough.
  4. Shape the dough into crescents and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
