Description

Delicious low-carb pecan pie bars that are perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans and sugar-free maple syrup.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.

Notes
