- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans and sugar-free maple syrup.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the crust.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
