- 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter, then add the peppermint extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
