Deliciously rich and fudgy brownie infused with peppermint, perfect for keto followers!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter, then add the peppermint extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing into squares.
