- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough evenly.
- Layer pepperoni slices over the sauce, and sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.
- Slice the dough into strips and roll each strip into a rose shape.
- Place the pizza roses in a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
