Description

Delicious, low-carb pizza roses made with pepperoni and cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough evenly.
  5. Layer pepperoni slices over the sauce, and sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Slice the dough into strips and roll each strip into a rose shape.
  7. Place the pizza roses in a greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
