Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return the cooked beef to the pot. Add the beef broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
