A delicious and easy Keto Pickle Cheese Pizza recipe that is low-carb, gluten-free, and perfect for pizza lovers!

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or garlic cream sauce (optional base)
- 12–16 dill pickle slices (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper to make the cheese crust.
- Spread the mixture into a circle or rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick) on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- (Optional) Spread a thin layer of ranch or garlic sauce over the baked crust.
- Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.
- Arrange pickle slices evenly over the surface.
- Return to oven for 3–5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before slicing. The cheese crust firms up as it cools.

- Use spicy pickles for a kick!
- You can add cooked ground beef or bacon bits for a cheeseburger-style twist.
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in a toaster oven or skillet.
