Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or garlic cream sauce (optional base)
  • 1216 dill pickle slices (or to taste)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper to make the cheese crust.
  3. Spread the mixture into a circle or rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick) on the parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  5. (Optional) Spread a thin layer of ranch or garlic sauce over the baked crust.
  6. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Arrange pickle slices evenly over the surface.
  8. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Cool slightly before slicing. The cheese crust firms up as it cools.
