- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios, chocolate chips, and hazelnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For extra richness, top with sugar-free chocolate ganache.
