Description

Delicious low-carb cookies that are perfect for ketogenic diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or other keto sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool on a wire rack.

Notes
