Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, for sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, for sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika, for sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. For the cheese sauce, combine cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, and paprika in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
