Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine almond milk, heavy cream, erythritol, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

  3. Heat over medium heat, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
