- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, and food coloring.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased doughnut pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool before removing from the pan.
