Description

Delicious low-carb red velvet doughnuts perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, and food coloring.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased doughnut pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool before removing from the pan.
