Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until well combined.
