Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then form into 4 oval patties.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove patties from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and let the mixture cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Return the patties to the skillet, spoon the mushroom gravy over them, and let everything simmer together for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
